Microsoft Outlook: Spam Words To Avoid In Your Emails

Occasionally, Microsoft updates the list of key words and phrases that will trigger rejection by their spam filters. It means that if you do not pay attention to them, your emails will automatically go into the recipient’s Junk folder. As a result, your email deliverability may decrease.

Make sure to avoid these specific words and phrases.
In addition, to prevent Junk filtering of your emails (and optimize email deliverability), it’s a good practice to request your Outlook recipients to add your address to their Safe Sender List. E.g. you could write them a note like this:
Please add our “from” address (youremail@yoursite.com) to your Safe Senders list.
To add us to your Safe Senders list:

1. On the “Tools” menu, click “Options”.
2. On the “Preferences” tab, click “Junk Email”.
3. On the “Safe Senders” tab, click “Add”.
4. In the “Add Address” field, enter “youremail@yoursite.com”.
5. Click “OK”.

Email Marketing Basics: Sending Bulk Emails

There are two ways for sending bulk email to your customs with the amount of thousands of people by Email Marketing. One is that the software logins into the receipt’s SMTP server directly, and then sends the content to it. Another is sending these emails through the stable and trusty SMTP servers, such as Gmail, GMX, AOL etc.

With the update of spam filter in majority email servers, it is not a wise solution that the way to send email directly to them. Because most of those emails will be rejected or archive as spam by these SMTP servers.

If we want successful sending bulk emails, we must depend on the stable and trusty email server, which we mentioned above.

Here are examples showing how to configure your emails in these servers as bulk sending account.

Not all of the yahoo email accounts support SMTP service. As we know, we must buy Yahoo! Mail Plus before we using its SMTP service. But we can using this freely on the other domains, such as @yahoo.co.uk, @yahoo.ca, @yahoo.co.hk, etc.

How to update the license file when I change the current computer to another ?

Some Rules About Gmail's Daily Limit on Bulk Sending Emails

Gmail imposes a limit on the attachment size (20 MB) and the overall storage space (6 GB and growing) but there’s also a daily quote on sending email. Break the rules and Google will disable you Gmail account temporarily without any warnings.

So while sending an email message to a large group of friends using Gmail, read the following rules to avoid temporary shut-down of Gmail:

Rule 1. If you access Gmail via POP or IMAP clients (like Microsoft Outlook), you can send an email message to a maximum of 100 people at a time. Cross the limit and your account will be disabled for a day with the error "550 5.4.5 Daily sending quota exceeded."

Rule 2. If you access Gmail from the browser, you may not address an email message to more than 500 people at a time. Try adding any more recipients in the To, CC or BCC field and your Gmail account will get probably disabled for 24-72 hours. Error: "Gmail Lockdown in Secton 4"

Rule 3. Always double check email addresses of recipients before hitting the Send button in Gmail. That’s because your account will get disabled if the email message contains a large number of non-existent or broken addresses (<25 ?) that bounce back on failed delivery.

Rule 4: This is slightly unrelated but still important – Google will disable your Gmail account permanently if you don’t check your Gmail email for a period of nine months. All the stored messages will be deleted and you Gmail address (user name) may be released for others to grab it.
